Children of Prisoners Library

More than one in forty children in the United States has a parent in prison. The loss of a parent to incarceration means a crisis for that child. Concerned people in all settings are dealing with children of prisoners and their caregivers daily, but in most cases without benefit of training or specific information.

To help meet this need, Family and Corrections Network has created a new resource—the Children of Prisoners Library (CPL), an Internet based resource at www.fcnetwork.org. CPL provides free information sheets designed for people serving children of prisoners and their caregivers.

REINTEGRATION OF EX-OFFENDERS PROJECT
This program seeks to help ex-offenders by serving as a vehicle to give them the encouragement and or resources that will provide necessary support they may need to transition successfully back into society.  We want to be A RESOURCE for FAMILIES.

A Christian faith-based ministry
Ministering to prisoners, ex-offenders and at-risk youth involves people who have sensed the call of God on their lives to reach out to these needy individuals.  As a Christian faith-based ministry, we trust FIRST in the Lord to supply the needs of this ministry, and we PRAY that God will send the people and the finances that are necessary to keep this ministry effecting men and women for Christ..

We seek to minister to the whole man.  You will find both spiritual (Word of God) and practical (experienced counsel for family, men and women) for those that have the hope within them that The Lord is making away.

Ex-Offender Program
Living Word Mission is in the beginning of a process to assist those that where incarcerated,
into their transitions back into society.  Men and Women whom have started that great work in prison, now can rest from there labor.  It is our prayer that in a few short years The Center For Reconciliation and Social Change will to become a reality as other ministries join us in this labor or love.  A place where the Love of God is, and prisoners, their children and families can receive assistance.
